UN's Global Goals

Pressalit believes in taking responsibility for our earth, which is why we actively work with The UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in our pursuit to create a better environment for the planet and for people. Each of the 17 goals are vital and we have selected three specific Sustainable Development Goals as key areas for us, why we have made them an integral part of our progressive projects and initiatives.

Goal 4 Quality Education
Goal 6 Clean Water and Sanitation
Goal 12 Responsible Production and Consumption

These goals address areas close to our core business and do so because of our knowledge and experience in this field, we believe that it is where we have the opportunity of making a positive impact on sustainable development.

We believe that Pressalit, as a corporation, has an obligation to help promote sustainability and we are committed to doing so.

It is important for us to act responsibly and contribute to a sustainable development at both local and global levels, which is why we joined the United Nations Global Compact initiative in 2002. Since then, we have issued an annual Communication on Progress (COP) Report that details our actions to among other things promote responsibility and sustainability.

Pressalit has in prior years presented our progress results in extensive reports. However, as of 2023 our annual COP-Report will be submitted in accordance with the Global Compact’s official questionnaire procedure and made available to read on their website.
